Why We Need Sponsorship
The cost of hosting events is varied and considerable and it is expected, that possible registration fees will cover a significant proportion of those costs. However, not all costs can be met on a user-pays basis and we therefore seek support from organisations and companies, with an interest in contributing towards, ensuring that we always provide memorable and successful events.
Our events provide an excellent atmosphere for our members and their clients to network and learn more about Germany. They range from cultural events to informative workshop orientated events.
Sponsorship Option 1: $2,500 + GST
- Revolving logo on www.germantrade.co.nz – positioning is where the red box with “Want to be seen, advertise here” is at present and appears on every page of the website
- Table of 12 at the annual Fest, this year we will be organizing a Winterfest on the 15th July, next year we will revert to the Oktoberfest in September.
- Half page colour advertisement in Double the Vision – our New Zealand German Business Guide – hard copy circulation 3 500, softcopy circulation 3 000.
- 1 specific email campaign promoting your company/product to NZGBA members – timing of this to possibly coincide with a product launch or similar.

- 1 years NZGBA membership subscription
- Fixed prominently placed logo on right hand side of www.germantrade.co.nz – note logo appears on every page of the website
- Table of 12 plus 1 beverage token at the annual Fest, this year we will be organizing a Winterfest on the 15th July, next year we will revert to the Oktoberfest in September.
- Full page colour advertisement in Double the Vision – our New Zealand German Business Guide – hard copy circulation 3 500, softcopy circulation 3 000.
- 2 specific email campaign promoting your company/product to NZGBA members – timing of this to possibly coincide with a product launch or similar.

Sponsorship Option 3: $10,000 + GST
- 1 years NZGBA membership subscription
- Fixed prominently placed logo on right hand side of www.germantrade.co.nz – note logo appears on every page of the website
- Silver Sponsor at Fest includes logo on all Fest promos, logo on Entry tickets, logo on presentation slides, inclusion in quiz questions, Table of 12 plus 5 beverage tokens at the annual Fest. (This year we will be organizing a Winterfest on the 15th July, next year we will revert to the Oktoberfest in September).
- Prominent logo at the top of all electronic newsletters - 12 newsletters go out each year
- Full page colour advertisement in Double the Vision – our New Zealand German Business Guide – hard copy circulation 3 500, softcopy circulation 3 000.
